ROPEWAYS TRANSPORT LIMITED, a private limited liability company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, having its registered office address at 1d, Club Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.
The objectives for which the company is established are:
- To carry on business as owners and managers of transport operations of every description, including road transport, marine transport, rope and cable transport, as well as other forms of transportation;
- To engage in the production of innovative material transport systems for passengers, and bulk material unit load transport;
- To develop and maintain efficient passenger transport systems for resorts as well as state-of-the art passenger transport systems for urban environment, airports, shopping malls, sport complexes, adventure parks, trade fairs, and other facilities requiring the company's transport facilities.

Captain Dapo Olumide II Chief Executive Officer
Dapo Olumide has over 30 years of experience in aviation and is a Fellow of the prestigious Royal Aeronautical Society in England. After graduating with a BSc degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, USA in 1980, he returned to Nigeria in 1982 where he joined AeroContractors Airline as a pilot. He was promoted to Chief Pilot in 1986, before being appointed the Deputy Managing Director of the airline in 2002 at which point he transformed the original Company vision from an exclusively B2B model to the more demanding B2C model. In 2007, he joined the Africa Finance Corporation as one of its pioneer executives, a strategic career change that gave him a broader understanding of the financial management of multinational organisations. He briefly came out of airline retirement to turn-around Virgin Nigeria Airways, which was struggling under a huge financial debt burden. Following the successful rebranding and sale of the airline to a private investor in April 2010, he returned to his passion for project development, joining Ropeways Transport Limited as Managing Director.
Dr. Yemi Ogunbiyi Director
Dr. Yemi Ogunbiyi served as the Managing Director of Daily Times of Nigeria. Together with Kole Omotosho, Biodun Jeyifo, Wole Soyinka, Mr. Ogunbiyi was part of the drama and literature department of Ife. He then served as an Executive Director of the Guardian Newspapers in Charge of Public Affairs and Marketing. He serves as the Chairman of Tanus Communications. He serves as a Member of Global Advisory Board at Repro India Limited. He was a Lecturer at Brooklyn College. He returned to Nigeria in the late 1970s and taught at Ife. He has written a few books on African literature. He edited the book, "Drama and Theatre in Nigeria: A Critical Source Book" a comprehensive work on Nigerian drama. The entries in the book included various drama articles from the Nigeria Magazine which were becoming sparse and expensive at the time. Mr. Ogunbiyi is a Drama Educator. He received his secondary education from the Ibadan Boys High School and later went to University of Ibadan where he studied English Literature. He proceeded to New York University for his Masters.

Mr. Christian Liess is a consummate entrepreneur who has over the past 40 years developed and successfully managed and still manages several businesses both in Germany, where he is based, as well as in Hong Kong along with a plethora of shrewd investments in several A grade companies in these two countries and abroad.
Peremobo Myke-Fadipe Director
Peremobo is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK. A graduate of the Nigerian Law School, and Lagos State University.

Mr. Ohai is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of Nigeria with a Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic in Kwara State. He has worked as Banking Officer for several organizations, including Consolidated Risk Insurers Plc, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, and Macreedy Capital Limited. He is currently the Corporate Treasurer at Ropeways Transport Limited. Ohai has over 10 years banking experience.

She was awarded a BSC degree in the department of Business Administration, faculty of Management Science at the Lagos state university between 2009/2010. In 2014, She got certified in (CPA) Continuing professional development at the English school of business and social etiquette. Kemi also got certified in customer service and total quality management at Phillip consulting Nigeria. Kemi worked with ATB Associate as Admin/Assistant Facilitator from 2010 to 2011, Worked with Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) as a Customer Service Agent from 2011 to 2013.
Oluwaseun Ikupiti Finance Manager
Oluwaseun Ayoleyi has a B.sc degree in Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University. He is an accountant and tax specialist with over five years’ experience in financial consulting that cuts across various industries and multi-national companies. He is a former Tax Audit and Compliance Manager of Consolidated Breweries Plc and has advised several companies on various assignments such as book keeping, accountancy, tax audit exercise, transfer pricing, tax health check, tax compliance, tax planning and management. He is presently the Finance Manager of Ropeways Transport Limited.
